By downloading or using SleepynesLauncher ("the launcher") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Free software, no purchases

The launcher is free. Nothing is sold on this website and no payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund. If paid features are ever added, a refund policy will be published here before anything goes on sale.

You need your own copy of Minecraft

The launcher is an unofficial tool for starting Minecraft: Java Edition. You must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft and follow the Minecraft End User License Agreement and Microsoft's terms. Offline accounts are provided for singleplayer and LAN play by people who own the game. They are not a way to play without buying it.

SleepynesLauncher is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

Mods and third‑party services

The performance pack and any mods you install are downloaded from Modrinth. They are made by their own authors and are covered by their own licenses. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Mods are programs that run with your permissions, so only install mods you trust.

The launcher relies on services run by Microsoft, Mojang, Modrinth and Fabric. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

Acceptable use

Don't use the launcher to break the law, to cheat on or attack servers, or to break the rules of the servers you join. Don't redistribute modified versions of the launcher while presenting them as the official release.

No warranty

The launcher is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Back up your worlds before trying new mods or versions. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost worlds, corrupted files, account issues or other damage from using the launcher. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
